  1. Applicants to transfer certification fee via online banking. Eureka's system will register the candidate and send available seat, dates and time information.
  2. Applicants will confirm and agree to proposed examination dates and time. After confirmation, Eureka's portal issues Login ID and password via email.
  3. Candidates will Launch & challenge the online Lean Six Sigma Belt Examination. Eureka portal will display Pass or Fail status immediately on the result screen.

For each belt examination; the passing marks are 80% or higher. (Your percentage shall be displayed on the result screen)

Upon successful completion of your examination, your certificate shall be mailed at your registered address.

You will get a refund of 75% of the certification fee only if you have canceled your exam 5 working days before your scheduled exam date. No refund shall be provided if you fail to be present in the online examination.

Yes, all of the belt examinations are open book, multiple choice and scenario based questions.
