The Lean Six Sigma training that I had, helped change my thinking and approach towards problem solving and consistently providing value to my customers. By applying best of breed knowledge of 'The Toyota Way'- especially Kaizen; I was instrumental in creating a positive impact in all the transformation projects awarded to me at Siemens Canada. Because of my successful delivery of projects and application of Lean Six Sigma concepts at work, I have now transitioned into a bigger role within the Project Management Office (PMO).
