I learnt very quickly that Lean Six Sigma Training was not about learning a bunch of tools. The whole essence of this course was to bring about a change in behaviours that facilitate constant identification of improvement opportunities for Customers. Within few weeks of completing this course, I now have real engagement – from the leadership team through to front line operators – which has helped achieve a fundamental change in our corporate culture.
