This is a multi-faceted role comprising Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management & Quality Management.  This position expects an experienced indivdual responsible to sell and build a performance based culture in client organizations. Candidates with multi-industrial experience shall be preferred. 

Job Responsibilities: 
The incumbent will;

 

  • Drive innovation and cultural change in fast paced organizations, establish PMO and Centre of Excellence as and when required;
  • Understand the inner workings of client’s organization and continually review their performance to improve results;
  • Lead Lean/Six Sigma practitioners regionally and internationally. Must have strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to facilitate and foster collaboration, greater understanding, engagement and commitment;
  • Perform and work collaboratively with diverse international teams and interface with cross- functional teams in an enterprise;
  • Mentor and provide hands on training to a team of black belts, green belts and project managers. Help them through each phase of DMAIC/DMADV Projects;
  • Prepare training materials and provide trainings to users;
  • Facilitate data based decisions and ensure accountability for execution.

 

    

Education & Skills

  • BS/BA required, master’s degree in process engineering, industrial engineering or an MBA;
  • Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certification;
  • Seven years of project management experience and five years of working experience in delivering Lean/Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement projects is required;
  • Strong problem-solving analytical orientation and business acumen;
  • Leadership experience in managing diverse teams and providing measurable results. Experience training and mentoring Black Belts, Green Belts and Executive champions;
  • Expert knowledge of Lean concepts with profound knowledge of using statistical tools;
  • Ability to travel approximately 33% of the time. Travel locations and frequency will vary, depending on project assignments;
  • Well-versed in using statistical software packages i.e., Minitab, SAS, Processma, SPAC-FL etc.
